At MoreMarket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for construction materials and equipment purchased through our platform.
Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered (does not match order)
- Product significantly differs from the description
- Missing items from the order
- Manufacturing defects discovered upon inspection
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the buyer
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Requests made after the return window has expired

Custom and bulk orders are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Share photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
Return / Refund
Approved returns will be picked up or refunded per our process.
Refund Process
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund will be issued for orders cancelled before they are shipped.
- After Dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible once the order is in transit. You may refuse delivery, and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed upon product return to our warehouse.
- Custom Orders: Custom-fabricated or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Replacement Policy
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement is offered when the same product is available in stock.
- If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.
- Replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval.
Important Notes
- For construction materials delivered directly to site, inspections must be done at the time of delivery. Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage will be considered acceptance of goods.
- For scaffolding rental returns or equipment that shows wear beyond normal use, deductions may apply.
- MoreMarket reserves the right to inspect returned products before processing a refund.
- Refunds for partial orders will be calculated based on the value of the returned items only.
